The Fresh approach to consultancy

At Fresh we use a simple approach to consultancy and a simple diagram to explain it:

Fresh Management - What we do

Firstly, we investigate: only by really understanding the client's business will we find solutions that are right for the job in hand and the wider organisation. Secondly, we assess: we extract insights from the information we have gathered. From these we recommend practical solutions that we are confident will deliver success.

Sometimes our work stops at the end of Stage 2: the client has confidence that they can drive the change necessary through the organisation.

Other customers ask us to help with Stages 3 and 4. We use our professional experience and project management skills to implement: plan and drive the change necessary. This can be efficient and effective for our clients. Our understanding can be put to great use: we know the people and what will work in the organisation.

Lastly, we evaluate what has been achieved. This is essential to ensure that the actions agreed have delivered the benefits anticipated.

It's a simple process and it works!
